160gsm Jersey Fabric This is a sleek and lightweight Jersey, perfect if you’re looking for a looser t shirt. Our Jersey fabrics are suited to all weathers, so come rain or shine, this breathable lightweight top will keep you comfortable. Colours are given a slightly muted finish, which will give your t-shirt a stylish vintage inspired look. Repeat patterns work best over solid blocks of colour. Also, this fabric is resistant to shrinking, over-stretching and creasing. Care: Machine wash at 30°c, medium tumble or hang dry. Iron and steam safe.

180gsm Cotton Bounce Jersey Lucky for you, this bounce cotton Jersey is moisture wicking, so it draws sweat away from your skin. Soft to touch, a good stretch and much more opaque than the 160gsm, it’s a perfect all-rounder. Unlike the 160 and 190gsm Jersey, the cotton bounce has a matt finish, giving a completely different look to your cut and sew shirts. Please note it has an off-white base tone, so colours will appear slightly muted. Because of this, we recommend designs with lots of patterns and detail, rather than blocks of solid colour. Care: This fancy fabric needs a little more TLC. Wash inside out at 30°c and hang to dry. Iron safe. Dry cleaning safe. Do not put in the tumble drier. Do not wring, steam or soak.

190gsm Jersey Fabric This is one of our heavier weight Jersey knits. Slightly heavier, but less opaque than the cotton bounce, it makes a comfortable tee for everyday wear. The drape is sleek and the smooth texture feels amazing on the skin. Care: Machine wash at 30°c, medium tumble or hang dry. Iron and steam safe.

Keep important photo features away from the edges so they don’t get sewn into the hem. Make sure your design covers the bleed area to avoid being left with white gaps. Apart from that, the t-short is your oyster.
