A hidden gem of a service!
Bagsoflove was a true surprise...I had booked a customised gift from an online platform that I had been using for years. Two weeks before the delivery date, the platform sent a vague email notifying me of a rigid delivery service that is not suitable and not transparent.
Scrambling to find an alternative, I came across bagsoflove...I wasnt sure if the gift would turn out as it looked online.
The ordering service was clear, and very transparent, delivery service was fast and seamless; always updating me on the status of my order in a friendly and brand engaging manner.
